Fantastic Customer Service from reception to worker who came out. Called with blocked storm water drain. Out within an hour. Excellent service, great value, arrived when he said he would, came with plans of our septic system the second time, even though he hadn’t been out for around five years, so he knew exactly where everything was. Being relatively new to Bendigo and trying a few plumbers without success I then got onto pipe doctor and a time was booked in quickly. They were very punctual and efficient. The first blockage was found and sorted quickly the second blockage was more difficult as they had to remove pan to get it but problem solved. I could not have been more happy the way the whole job was handled. Will definitely use them in the future.

We had a leaking sewage pipe on Saturday & was recommended to the team. Service by both guys was exceptional; quick to get here on Saturday & clear the drain & then returned on Monday as advised to use the camera to find exactly where the pipe was broken. Both guys communicated on Saturday & Monday with our plumber as it is now a big job to repair the damage. If ever in the same position would call the team. Refreshing to have great customer service who didn’t take advantage of call out fee for a weekend call out. Very friendly & informative
